Receive and inspect stock to ensure accuracy and quality, verifying deliveries against delivery notes and purchase orders.
Issue and register items from the stores to staff in compliance with distribution procedures and stores retrieval systems.
Maintain optimal stock levels by monitoring usage trends and initiating timely replenishment.
Carry out regular store reconciliations and annual stock taking, and prepare quarterly and annual stock reports.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage conditions for all items.

Relevant Grade 12 School Certificate
Relevant Diploma, Degree, or Professional Qualification for the position applied for
Valid registration and practising licence with the relevant professional body (where applicable)
Relevant work experience as specified for the position
Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and computer skills
ZAQA-verified academic qualifications will be an added advantage
