Stores Clerk

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stores Clerk to join our team at the CLZ Base Camp in Lower Zambezi National Park. This is a full-time role that offers a unique opportunity to work in a conservation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory of supplies, including fuel, spares, tools, construction materials, and food rations
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods, ensuring timely and efficient stock management
• Maintain precise stock records, perform regular inventory counts, and generate monthly reports
• Ensure the stores are clean, organised, and safe

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate and a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply, Stores Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with conservation or remote field experience being an added advantage
• Proficient in Excel and strong record-keeping skills
• Honest, detail-focused, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Fluency in English
