We are looking for a Stock Controller / Display & Inventory Officer to manage our stock and ensure products are properly displayed, counted, monitored, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all products are neatly arranged and attractive on display.
Monitor product displays and maintain a clean, organised showroom or store.
Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate stock records.
Monitor stock levels and notify management when items are running low.
Receive and check incoming stock.
Record stock received, issued, sold, or transferred.
Ensure customer and company deliveries are prepared and dispatched on time.
Follow up on deliveries and ensure they reach the correct destination.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly recorded stock immediately.
Assist with general warehouse and stock management duties.
Requirements
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Must be responsible, honest, and detail-oriented.
Good computer skills and ability to work with stock records.
Previous experience in stock management, warehousing, retail, or inventory control will be an advantage.
A history in stock management would be necessary
