Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and high service standards.
• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
• Train, guide and support the spa team.
• Maintain cleanliness, professionalism and smooth operations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience in a reputable spa.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate a team.
