Key Responsibilities for Social Media Digital Marketing Jobs in Lusaka

• Manage Gym Styles Zambia’s TikTok and Facebook accounts with creativity and consistency
• Conduct live product promotions on TikTok and Facebook to engage and grow our audience
• Create, monitor, and optimize online advertising campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and interactions through social media channels
• Develop strategies to increase online engagement and boost product sales through digital platforms

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum educational qualification: Grade 12 Certificate
• A Diploma in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related fields is an advantage
• Preferred relevant experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or social media management
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting live product promotions
