SHOP MANAGER
COMPANY: BWANA BET - LUSAKA
Starting: immediately
Pay: K4000
Experienced retail shop manager required to manage customer service, staff and revenue.
DUTIES:
Managing staff and shop operations, working to increase levels of sales, maintaining a very high level of customer service.
Accurate financial reporting of shop revenues and managing staff reports.
Building relationships with clients
Keeping the shop clean and resolving all shop issues in a timely manner
REQUIRED qualifications:
- +3 years of management experience in retail.
- OVER 25 years of age, must be mature and responsible.
- Able to communicate very clearly.
- Capable to resolve problems and tasks without supervision.
