Qualifications

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Zambian citizen
• Experience in sales, retail or customer service preferred
• Good communication & customer service skills
• Able to handle cash/mobile money & keep simple records
• Comfortable with WhatsApp & social media
• Honest, reliable & well-presented
• Must provide 2 traceable references
