Background

Naipu Mining Machinery (zambia) Company Limited is seeking a Shift Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all activities of miners and equipment operators during a designated shift. Monitors production progress, enforces safety protocols, and resolves operational problems in real-time.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Certified copy of NRC
• Good communication skills.

Additional Notes

Professional positions require relevant certified or verified Certificate, Diploma or Degree, together with relevant professional certifications and regulatory body registration where applicable.
