Timaja Enterprises Limited is seeking qualified and experienced professionals for the roles of Mine Captain and Shift Bosses at its operations in Chililabombwe, Copperbelt Province, Zambia. These full-time positions offer an excellent opportunity to join a leading mining company at Konkola Copper Mine (KCM) and Lubambe Copper Mine.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Full Grade 12 Certificate.
• Valid Blasting Licence.
• Valid Occupational Health Certificate (Silicosis).

Experience needed

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Shift Boss in underground mining operations.
• Proven supervisory skills in managing underground mining crews.
