ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Supervisor to oversee our financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain strong internal controls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily finance operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger,
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA and other statutory requirements.
• Manage and mentor junior finance staff.
• Coordinate internal and external audits

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Grade 12 School Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Professional qualification - ZICA, ACCA, CIMA (Level II completed or full)
• Minimum 5-Above years experience in finance, with at least 1 year in supervisory role, must be a member of ZICA
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (Pastel, QuickBooks, SAP, or SAGE), Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Very conversant with all ZRA related issues

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
• High integrity and attention to detail,
• Strong leadership and team management skills,
• Good knowledge of Zambian tax laws and
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
