Security Officer

Job Summary

The Security Officer is responsible for protecting guests, staff, and lodge property by maintaining a safe and secure environment and responding effectively to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Control access to the lodge premises.
• Patrol the property regularly.
• Monitor guests, visitors, and vehicles entering and leaving the premises.
• Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents.
• Maintain occurrence books and incident reports.
• Support emergency evacuation procedures when necessary.

Qualifications

• Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
• Security training certification is an added advantage.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel, lodge, or commercial security is preferred.
