Security Officer

Job Summary:

Protect mine personnel, property, equipment, and facilities by maintaining a secure and controlled working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor access and exit points and verify personnel and vehicles.
• Conduct security patrols around assigned areas.
• Prevent unauthorized access, theft, damage, and other security incidents.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems where applicable.
• Record and report incidents, suspicious activities, and security breaches.
• Support emergency response procedures when required.
• Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality.

Requirements:

Relevant security training and previous security experience, preferably in a mining or industrial environment. Good communication, alertness, integrity, and physical fitness are essential.
