We seek disciplined individuals to join our expanding team, providing security services at a client site in Lumwana near R1 Mine, as well as other deployments nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates committed to maintaining safety and security in diverse environments.

Available Security Jobs in Lusaka and Nationwide

We are currently hiring for the following full-time positions:

1. Dog Handler (K9) – Lumwana

Key Requirements:

• Certified Dog Handler Training Certificate (mandatory)
• Minimum of two years’ experience handling security or detection dogs
• Strong knowledge of canine health, welfare, obedience, and aggression control
• Physically fit to work day and night shifts outdoors in all weather conditions
• Clean criminal record and ability to pass vetting and drug screening
• Effective communication and incident reporting skills

2. CCTV Monitor / Control Room Operator – Lumwana

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring live CCTV feeds and alarm systems around the clock
• Identifying and reporting suspicious activities, thefts, and intrusions
• Maintaining accurate logbooks and detailed incident reports
• Coordinating with on-ground security personnel and rapid response teams
• Ensuring proper storage and retrieval of CCTV footage
• Observing confidentiality and data protection protocols

Requirements:

• Certificate in Security Management, IT, or CCTV Operations
• Computer literacy with high concentration and integrity
• Previous control room experience is advantageous

3. Security Guards – Deployment Across Zambia

Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Previous experience as a security guard
• Physically and mentally fit
• Age between 25 and 45 years
• Disciplined, sober-minded, and of good conduct
• Willingness to be deployed anywhere in Zambia at any time
