Position Overview for Security Guard Jobs in Kitwe

As a Security Guard at Invictus Hill, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our premises and ensuring the safety of all employees, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate is sober-minded, responsible, and physically fit, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of discipline. Key Responsibilities

• Guard and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Control entry and exit points for staff, visitors, and vehicles, ensuring proper authorization.
• Respond promptly and professionally to alarms and security incidents.
• Conduct regular security checks and enforce company safety procedures.
• Report any violations of safety rules and company policies.
• Prepare detailed reports on security activities and incidents.
• Provide directions and assistance to employees and visitors as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education: Grade 9 or Grade 12 certificate.
• At least two years of experience working as a Security Guard.
• Sober-minded, disciplined, and physically fit to perform security duties.
• Excellent observation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Previous training in security or first aid is an advantage.
