Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and attend to clients, ensuring excellent service.
• Clearly explain loan terms and assist clients with loan tabulations.
• Provide guidance to clients as needed throughout the loan process.
• Create and maintain client profiles and manage administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Review and analyze loan applications prior to approval.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises.
• Generate reports and promptly update the supervisor on relevant matters.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Female candidate based in Solwezi.
• Computer literate with fluency in English.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Possession of a full Grade Twelve certificate.
• Age between 18 and 35 years.
• Experience in a similar role or related business field is advantageous.

Loan Analyst Position – Opportunities in Solwezi Banking Sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate collateral items to determine their functionality and value.
• Create loan records and accurately capture client details.
• Develop marketing and disposal strategies for loan products.
• Analyze and initiate loan disbursements in accordance with company policy.
• Manage monthly statutory requirements and compliance.
• Evaluate market values of properties pledged as collateral and advise clients accordingly.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Male candidate based in Solwezi.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of cars, phones, laptops, and related electronic gadgets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Possession of a full Grade Twelve certificate; additional academic qualifications are a plus.
• Age between 18 and 35 years.
• Experience in similar roles will be considered an advantage.
