🚨 WE'RE HIRING: SALES PERSON 🚨
Are you a dynamic and results-driven Sales Person with experience in the concrete and construction industry? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 School Certificate
- Certificate or Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Requirements:
- ✔ At least 3 years' proven sales experience in the concrete, construction materials, or related industry
- ✔ Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- ✔ Ability to identify new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships
- ✔ Experience preparing quotations and following up on sales leads
- ✔ Experience riding a motorbike (mandatory)
- ✔ Willingness to travel extensively to construction sites and client locations
The following will be an added advantage:
- ✔ Qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- ✔ Experience preparing and submitting tender documents for public and private sector projects
- ✔ A valid driver's licence and motorcycle licence
- ✔ Existing relationships with contractors, developers, consulting engineers, and hardware suppliers
