Position Overview

• Job Title: Sales Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Sales Training: Systematically learn company product knowledge, sales workflows, and industry standards to build a solid foundation for your career.
2. Client Management & Sales Execution: Proactively develop and maintain client relationships, track orders and payments, and drive efforts to achieve sales targets.
3. Market Insight & Brand Promotion: Participate in market research, competitor analysis, and promotional event execution to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
4. Data Analysis & Performance Review: Organize sales data, compile reports, analyze work performance regularly, and report progress and key challenges to supervisors.
5. Leadership Development: Learn team management, goal-setting strategies, and process optimization to prepare for future sales management and leadership roles.

Job Requirements

• Target Candidates: 2025 or 2026 fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree or above (majors in Business, Marketing, or related fields are preferred but not required).
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.
• Drive & Motivation: Strongly self-motivated with a passion for sales, a goal-oriented mindset, and a desire to grow into a management role.
• Analytical Skills: Quick learner with good analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork capabilities.
