Available Positions Across Various Locations

1. Sales Lead – Pasta

Location: Lilayi Head Office, Lusaka

We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Lead to spearhead the expansion of our pasta product line nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive pasta sales growth and manage distribution channels across Zambia.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
• Lead product promotions, listings, and in-store execution initiatives.
• Oversee pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and market expansion efforts.
• Provide market intelligence and commercial insights to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of FMCG sales experience, with expertise in modern trade and distributor management.
• Strong negotiation, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and readiness to travel extensively.
