Sales Executives

Palmridge Properties is looking for dynamic, motivated, and results driven Sales Executives to join our Ndola Branch.

𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Driving sales and achieving set sales targets.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Following up on leads and converting prospects into customers.
• Conducting property presentations and providing clients with relevant product information.
• Supporting customers throughout the sales process.
• Preparing and maintaining accurate sales reports and records.
• Contributing to the overall growth and performance of the Ndola Branch.

𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 & 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous sales and management experience.
• Experience using sales tracking software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
• Experience supporting senior leadership is an added advantage.

𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales and management.
• Experience with sales tracking software.
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
