Sales Consultant

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Sales Consultant in our showroom.

Age Requirement: 20–35 years

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Core Duties

• Welcome walk-in customers and professionally introduce vehicle features and advantages
• Arrange vehicle test drives and follow up sales leads until deal confirmation
• Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and referrals from existing clients
• Manage daily social media activities, including posting content and responding to inbox messages on social media platforms
• Register customer information, update follow-up records, and maintain client files
• Assist supervisors with order submissions, vehicle preparation and handover ceremonies
• Maintain cleanliness of the showroom, display vehicles, and marketing materials

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience (automotive or related industry is an added advantage)
• Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Fluent spoken English with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to confidently explain product features and selling points
• Skilled in smartphone and social media operations
• Must possess a valid Zambian driver’s license
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
