YOUR ROLE

• Welcome every customer with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer service and styling advice.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Manage stock, pricing, and inventory with attention to detail.
• Respond to customer enquiries online.
• Assist with content creation, including taking quality product photos and videos when required.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum College Certificate (Grade 12 holders may be considered with relevant work experience).
• Previous experience working in a clothing store.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Confident with social media.
• Able to showcase products and engage with customers online.
• Positive attitude.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must reside in areas close to Woodlands.
