Sales Assistant

• Support the sales team in meeting sales goals and targets.
• Prepare sales reports and administrative documents as required.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
• Welcome and assist customers interested in purchasing trucks vehicles.
• Provide customers with information about truck specifications, pricing, financing options, and promotions.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.
• Maintain proper records of customer information and sales activities.
• Assist in marketing and promoting trucks through social media, phone calls, and customer visits.
• Support after-sales customer service and coordinate customer feedback.
