Position Overview
As the Sales and Marketing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed company targets. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives and marketing campaigns that align with Hanchu ESS’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to consistently achieve set goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging customer segments and industry trends.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Manage promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing efforts.
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, marketing ROI, and customer feedback.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, including 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong skills in Excel.
Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector and familiarity with SAGE systems is advantageous.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Zambian market dynamics.
Competent in digital marketing platforms and CRM software.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
