Sales and Marketing Representative

About Us
We are a growing wholesaler of healthcare products supplying pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers across Zambia. We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to help expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Promote and sell the company’s healthcare products to pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and retail outlets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and promotional materials.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and payments.
Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of the Zambian healthcare market is madatory.
