This role offers a full-time opportunity for a motivated professional to drive sales growth by promoting and selling stationery, ICT products, and office supplies within Chipata and its surrounding areas.

About the Sales and Marketing Executive Role

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Office Plus’s customer base by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving sales targets and supporting the company’s business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a diverse range of stationery, ICT products, and office supplies.
• Identify and secure new customers while maintaining strong relationships with current clients.
• Develop business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to support business growth.
• Prepare quotations and assist with Local Purchase Order (LPO) and tender processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.
• Experience selling stationery or ICT products is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets consistently.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
• Familiarity with quotations, LPOs, and tender processes is a plus.
• Honest, self-driven, and capable of working independently under pressure.
