Role Overview: Sales and Marketing Executive Jobs in Lusaka

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing supervisor or manager, the Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and nurturing customer relationships, promoting our product range, and identifying new business opportunities. This full-time position requires a proactive individual with at least two years of relevant experience, preferably within manufacturing, distribution, tiles, or ceramics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities aligned with company objectives and targets.
• Identify and pursue prospective customers, markets, and business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients through effective communication and customer visits.
• Present and promote Marcopolo Tiles products via meetings, presentations, and approved marketing initiatives.
• Understand customer needs, provide accurate product information, prepare quotations, and manage follow-ups through the sales cycle.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities, sharing insights with the team.
• Keep detailed records of leads, interactions, quotations, and sales activities using company-approved systems.
• Provide regular sales updates and contribute to team planning and review meetings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and timely order follow-through.
• Represent the company professionally, adhering to all policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of two years’ relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or the tiles and ceramics industry.
• Diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Membership in a relevant professional body is advantageous but not mandatory.
