GENERAL REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Safety Officer or similar role
Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and standards
Good communication, reporting, and risk assessment skills
Ability to work independently, conduct inspections, and promote a strong safety culture
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
Identify hazards and implement appropriate corrective and preventive measures
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports
