RIDER

Position Summary

The Rider is responsible for delivering customer orders safely, accurately and on time while providing excellent customer service and representing the Debonairs Pizza brand professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders promptly and safely.
• Verify delivery orders before dispatch.
• Collect payments where required and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic care of the delivery motorcycle.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Report delivery issues or delays promptly.

Key Requirements

• Valid riding licence.
• Good knowledge of local routes.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous delivery experience is an added advantage.
