Restaurant Manager

We are looking for reliable, energetic individuals to join our hospitality and retail teams in Lusaka.

Role

• Manage daily cafe and restaurant operations, supervise and schedule staff, oversee stock and POS cash-ups, and maintain high customer service and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with POS/inventory systems. Previous management experience in a restaurant or cafe is an added advantage.
