Communication & Client Management Officer

We are looking for a proactive and professional individual to manage communication with prospective and existing E-School clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to leads from social media, WhatsApp, calls, and other channels.
• Follow up with prospective schools and convert leads into demos and sign-ups.
• Conduct basic E-School demonstrations and assist with onboarding.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
• Handle client questions, feedback, and complaints.
• Maintain accurate lead and client records.
• Submit simple daily activity reports.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma or degree in Public Relation, business administration, marketing and sales or any business related courses

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Age: 21-30 years
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
