First Alliance Bank Zambia is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following position.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional banking or finance qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or ZICA will be an added advantage.

Experience needed

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in SME, Business, or Corporate Banking.

• Strong sales and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of the Zambian business environment and market dynamics.
• Strong credit analysis and portfolio management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
