Install, service, maintain and repair commercial refrigeration equipment (cold rooms, walk-in freezers/coolers, display cabinets, ice machines and related systems) for QSR, supermarket and general commercial clients.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical and refrigerant-circuit faults efficiently and carry out effective repairs.
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to minimise breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
Respond promptly to breakdown call-outs, including after-hours and on-call work as required.
Handle refrigerants safely and in line with health, safety and environmental regulations.
Complete accurate job cards, service reports and client documentation for each visit.
Communicate professionally with clients on-site, explaining faults, repairs and recommendations clearly.
Identify and order required parts and manage workshop stock responsibly.
Provide supervision, guidance and on-the-job mentoring to junior technicians and apprentices
