Receptionist / Front Desk Officer

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and handle phone inquiries, providing general information about the school.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, emails, and notices.
• Maintain filing systems, learner records, and front desk registers with accuracy.
• Assist the administration team with clerical duties and scheduling appointments.
• Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and professional at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Between 1 to 3 years’ experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Professional demeanor with strong organizational abilities.
