Receptionist / Front Desk Officer
Main Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and handle phone inquiries, providing general information about the school.
Manage all incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, emails, and notices.
Maintain filing systems, learner records, and front desk registers with accuracy.
Assist the administration team with clerical duties and scheduling appointments.
Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and professional at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related fields.
Between 1 to 3 years’ experience in customer service or administrative roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Professional demeanor with strong organizational abilities.
Cinyanja Teacher
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver quality Cinyanja lessons that align with curriculum standards.
Assess, monitor, and record student progress effectively.
Create engaging and interactive learning materials to promote language fluency.
Maintain classroom discipline and nurture a learning environment grounded in Christian values.
Participate actively in staff meetings, school events, and parent-teacher consultations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education specializing in Languages.
Valid teaching license or registration with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ).
Primary school teaching experience is advantageous.
Familiarity with the local language curriculum and contemporary teaching methods.
Strong passion for teaching and developing learners’ language skills.
