Carousel Hotel is hiring four Receptionists to join its Lusaka team:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a similar hospitality role
Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field is an added advantage
Excellent English communication skills
Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with hotel property-management or reservation systems is an added advantage
Knowledge of check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest enquiries and front-office operations
Professional, friendly and well-presented
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Must be honest, reliable and punctual
A reference letter from a previous employer is required
