Raw Material Supervisor

This is a permanent and pensionable role reporting to the Finance Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise the receipt, inspection, weighing, and storage of raw materials.
• Ensure raw materials meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor stock levels, material usage, and inventory records.
• Coordinate loading and offloading activities and ensure proper handling of materials.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies, losses, or damages.
• Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, and compliance with health and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Procurement, and Quality Control sections.
• Prepare accurate stock reports and ensure traceability of raw materials.

Minimum Qualifications

• Full Grade 12 certificate
• Certificate in Agriculture or related course
• Minimum 2 years9 experience in a similar role
• Computer Literacy (Office suite)
• Supervisory experience
