Role Overview: Psychosocial Counselling Trainer Jobs in Lusaka

As a Psychosocial Counselling Trainer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training sessions that prepare students for professional counselling practice. The position is full-time and based in Lusaka, offering an excellent platform to contribute to community development through education.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging psychosocial counselling lessons and training sessions in both online and physical formats.
• Develop comprehensive learning materials and assessments tailored to the training curriculum.
• Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to students throughout their learning journey.
• Advocate and uphold ethical counselling practices and professional standards within all training activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma in Psychosocial Counselling.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychosocial Counselling or related field is advantageous.
• Valid practising licence in psychosocial counselling is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Competence in facilitating both online and in-person training sessions.
• A strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and empowering learners.
• Relevant experience in training or counselling is a plus.
