JOB TITLE: PROPERTY MANAGER (KASAMA MALL)

LOCATION: KASAMA
CONTRACT TYPE: FIXED TERM CONTRACT

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least three years’ relevant property management experience, preferably within a shopping center or other multi-tenanted commercial property.
• Practical experience in lease administration, tenant onboarding, fit-out coordination, rental billing, collections and arrears management.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare property budgets, monitor operating expenditure, reconcile property income and produce accurate monthly management reports.
• Experience supervising cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management, maintenance and other property service providers.
• Working knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance, contractor supervision, defect reporting and follow-up.
• Ability to conduct regular property inspections and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, presentation and functionality.
• Knowledge of applicable property, health and safety, fire, environmental and local authority requirements.
• Strong tenant relationship management, negotiation, communication and conflict- resolution skills.
• Ability to respond promptly and professionally to tenant complaints, operational incidents and emergencies.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for advertising, activations, temporary vendors and other ancillary income.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate lease, tenant, contractor and compliance records.
