Erudite is looking for a Property Manger to perform the following duties:
- Tenant and landlord communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Rent collection follow-up and arrears management
- General Customer Service and client meetings
- Document management and filing (physical and digital)
- Scheduling of property inspections and meetings
- Maintenance request coordination with service providers
- System administration and record keeping
- Social Media management
