To oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review project plans to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
Coordinate and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and site staff.
Monitor project progress, prepare internal and external reports, and manage risks.
Ensure all on-site activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Professional Registration: Must hold a valid practicing certificate and current EIZ membership. (Proof required).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction, energy, or infrastructure sector.
Certification: PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
Certified copies of academic certificates.
Copy of valid EIZ registration certificate and practicing license.
