Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage billboard projects from initiation to completion, including site assessments, structural works, installation, and decommissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with design, production, installation, and maintenance teams as well as external contractors and suppliers.
• Oversee site inspections, technical specifications, and compliance with safety, regulatory, and local authority requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, internal teams, landlords, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure quality control of installations and final flighting of advertisements.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and post-project reviews.
• Support the continuous improvement of project processes and operational efficiency.
