4. Project Management & Service Delivery Interns

Location: Hybrid / On-site
Type: Internship (Entry-Level)
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in tracking project milestones, schedules, and deliverables for IT clients.
Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, and weekly status reports.
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and clients to ensure timely service delivery.
Support quality assurance reviews and monitor customer satisfaction post-delivery.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or Business Information Systems.
Basic understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum).
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
