Volunteer Opportunity: Finance & Operations Associate / Programmes Associate
Iconic Women's Dynam — Choma, Zambia

We are a registered grassroots, women-led NGO seeking two dedicated volunteers to join our team.
2. Programmes Associate (Volunteer)
- Assist in implementation and tracking of programme activities
- Provide administrative and research support for programme planning
- Support coordination of community volunteers and field activities
- Monitor and evaluate programme impact and draft reports
- Commitment: 5–10 hours per week
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience or strong interest in the relevant field
- Attention to detail, integrity, and organisational skills
- Passion for women's empowerment and gender justice
- Willing to learn and be mentored
