Solarmacs Energy Limited is looking for a motivated Procurement Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in procurement and supply chain operations within a professional energy and engineering environment.

Role Context

This opportunity is ideal for students in their final semester or recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to sourcing, supplier coordination, purchasing and procurement administration.

The Intern Will Gain Experience In

• Sourcing quotations and comparing supplier offers
• Communicating with suppliers and internal teams
• Preparing and following up purchase orders
• Maintaining procurement records and documentation
• Supporting inventory and delivery coordination
• Assisting with day-to-day procurement activities

Candidate Requirements

• In their final semester or has recently completed a Diploma, Degree or higher qualification in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Good at communication and basic negotiation
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and other office tools
• Professional, honest and eager to learn
