PRINTING SHOP ASSISTANT – KABANGWE, LUSAKA
A busy and growing Printing & Copy Centre in 6 Miles (Kabangwe) is looking for a reliable and hardworking Printing Shop Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with printing, photocopying, scanning and binding
• Operate basic printing equipment (copiers, laminators, binding machines)
• Handle and account for cash and mobile money payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop
• Manage stock-in, stock-out and basic inventory updates
• Provide good customer service
• Assist with admin tasks when required
• Support the team with urgent or last-minute print jobs

Requirements

• Basic computer literacy (Email, WhatsApp, MS Word/Excel)
• Ability to learn printing machines and shop processes
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Honest, punctual and able to work under pressure
• Preference will be given to candidates living in or near Kabangwe (6 Miles)
