About the Role – Primary School Teacher Jobs in Ndola

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive education to early primary learners, ensuring academic excellence and fostering personal growth. You will play a vital role in preparing assessments, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners’ social and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons to students from Grade 1 through Grade 4, covering all relevant subjects.
• Prepare and administer timely, high-quality tests and assessments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 Certificate is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education from a reputable university.
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
• Age between 25 and 35 years.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
