2. Poultry Worker

Key Responsibilities

• Feed and water layer birds according to farm schedules.
• Collect, grade, and pack eggs.
• Clean poultry houses and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Observe birds daily and report any signs of illness or abnormal behaviour.
• Remove mortalities and follow biosecurity procedures.
• Assist with vaccinations and routine farm operations.
• Keep accurate production and daily activity records.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Farm Manager.

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Previous poultry farm experience is an added advantage.
• Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours.
• Honest, reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
• Must be willing in the farm.
