Key Responsibilities for Planning Manager Jobs in Lusaka

• Lead comprehensive market research and project positioning for real estate developments.
• Develop and implement brand strategies, event concepts, media plans, and integrated promotional campaigns.
• Build and manage the planning department, including team structure, workflows, standards, and performance evaluation.
• Formulate project marketing strategies, communication themes, content plans, and campaign schedules.
• Integrate multiple media channels and industry resources while fostering strong media partnerships.
• Independently prepare detailed project positioning reports, market analyses, marketing plans, and strategic proposals.

• Collaborate closely with Sales and other departments to execute plans and assess campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Age range: 30–40 years; open to all genders.
• Relevant academic or professional qualifications in real estate planning, marketing, advertising, communications, or related fields.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in real estate planning, property marketing, or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Lusaka property market, supported by a verifiable portfolio of successful projects available for site visits.
• Established network of media contacts, industry resources, and professional relationships within Lusaka.
• Proven ability to build and lead teams, and to coordinate across multiple functions effectively.
• Exceptional creativity, commercial insight, market awareness, and execution skills.
• Excellent report-writing proficiency in English or Chinese, capable of producing major planning and strategy documents independently.
• Advanced skills in AI productivity tools and standard office software to create professional proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Strong ownership, discipline, and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced real estate marketing environment.

Remuneration

The position offers a gross monthly salary between ZMW 12,000 and 15,000. Final compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience, professional capabilities, and verified achievements.
