About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Planning & Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee demand planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, imports, and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align demand and supply plans.
Plan and coordinate procurement activities to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Supervise logistics from port to warehouse and from warehouse to customers, ensuring timely deliveries.
Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock accuracy, dispatch, and cycle counts.
Monitor stock levels and report slow-moving, overstock, and near-expiry products.
Maintain accurate supply chain records and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Prepare and monitor supply chain performance reports and recommend continuous process improvements.
Candidate requirements:
Diploma in Purchasing and Supply, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
3 years’ experience in warehouse and logistics management.
Experience in the crop protection/agrochemical industry will be an added advantage.
