Nankunda Logistics and Suppliers Limited is a growing Zambian company providing catering, cleaning, and retail services. We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team in the following positions:

Location: Unilus, Silverest Campus

2. PASTRY CHEF

The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked products while maintaining excellent food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare pastries, cakes, desserts, and other bakery products.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the pastry section.
• Manage ingredients and minimize wastage.
• Follow production schedules and customer requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Certificate or Diploma in Food Production or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience working in a pastry section.
• Good knowledge of pastry preparation techniques.
• Must be a team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
